Cayman Conch Quest is a beautiful oceanfront condo in the much-desired district of Rum Point/Cayman Kai.

Situated just 75 feet from the ocean, here you will find some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving on the island. Our first-floor condo features awesome ocean views of the Caribbean Sea throughout. Features include all modern appliances and furniture. Enjoy Cable TV with premium channels, DVD player, CD Stereo, and iPod dock, located in the living room entertainment center. A TV and DVD player are also in the master suite. Internet access is included for your use. Central air conditioning will keep you comfortable throughout your stay. There are ceiling fans in each room as well. The screened lanai, furnished with a table and seating for 6, beach towels/bags/chairs/mats/umbrellas/cooler, and ceiling fan, is a great place to enjoy a meal or step out onto the private deck, where you can enjoy the white, sandy semi-private beach and ocean breezes on comfortable reclining lounges.

There is a Superior plush West Coast King mattress in the master bedroom. An entertainment center has a TV with DVD player for watching those favorite movies before falling asleep after a busy day of relaxing. Waking up is not a problem with the option of letting the sound of the ocean gently nudge one awake or using the CD/Clock/Radio to welcome in the new day. The private en-suite master bathroom has a large tiled tub and shower. The guest bedroom contains two twin mattresses that can be converted easily, upon request, into a king-size bed.

Notes
The condo is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. A portable crib(Pack-N-Play) and highchair are also available for our youngest guests. Housekeeping for your check-out is included in the rental, however, additional housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged for a nominal cost. We can help you arrange for groceries to be delivered to the condo prior to your arrival, if requested. You might not want to go shopping for groceries after a long travel day. Assistance with rental car information is also available.

    Our stay was wonderful! The condo had everything we needed. Bob was really helpful in giving tips about how to make our stay more enjoyable. We loved the accommodations and the beach. It felt like our own private beach. We hope to come again!

    Cayman Conch was the perfect place for our family of 4. The condo was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, from beach chairs and towels to all the kitchen equipment you could want. Bob, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our trip and the information packet he provides is great. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The pool was perfect for my kids aged 9 and 12. We didn’t swim at the beach in front of the condo that much but it was beautiful and relaxing to watch and hear the ocean. Being on the north side was quiet and low-key. Just our style and family-friendly.
    We definitely recommend going on the Reef and Rays trip with Ocean Frontiers. Since it was a small boat we got a lot of personalized time with the rays. The larger boats brought dozens of people to the sandbar and it looked so crowded. We also did the 3 stop snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers, which was great too. Restaurants to recommend: Over the Edge, Kaibo, Tukka and Big Tree BBQ. We also liked Da Fish Shack and Paradise Grill in Georgetown. Eden Rock Dive Center was super friendly and had a great selection of equipment to rent.
